数字减影血管造影对颈动脉体瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨颈动脉体瘤的数字减影血管造影（ＤＳＡ）诊断、鉴别诊断及制订治疗方案的价值。方法总结１１例经手术病理证实的颈动脉体瘤，研究ＤＳＡ表现，并与其它颈部肿块病变进行对照。结果ＤＳＡ能清楚显示颈动脉体瘤血管及与相邻血管的关系。颈总动脉分叉开大呈握球状，枕动脉近段向前上推压移位，咽升动脉肿瘤中心供血具有特征性。恶变者有明显的恶性肿瘤ＤＳＡ特征。结论颈动脉体瘤的ＤＳＡ特征明显，影像直观，血管关系明确，对诊断与鉴别诊断及制订治疗方案有不可替代的作用。Objective To determine the value of DSA in diagnosis of carotid body tumor. Methods 11 cases DSA with carotid body tumor were surgical and pathological identified. Results DSA showed details of tumor's vessel and relationship with neighborhood vessels plain. Carotid bifurcation opens largely and presents the sign of griping ball, near section of occipital artery was forced forward and up, ascending pharyngealy artery was character of carotid body tumor. Conclusions DSA performances of carotid body tumor were characteristic obviously, and relationship with vessel definitely, most valuable in diagnosis.
