摘　　要：搜商是一种与智商、情商相并列的人类智力因素,是指人类通过某种手段获取新知识的能力。图书馆中文名称规范工作要求编目员具备较强的信息搜索与辨别能力。将搜商引入图书馆中文名称规范工作中,能够为提高工作质量和工作效率问题提供一种新思路。可以通过养成良好的搜索习惯、运用合理的搜索技巧、准确辨认搜索结果等方式培养编目员的搜商。Search quotient is one of the human intelligence which is on a par with IQ and EQ.It＇ s the ability of acquiring knowledge by some methods.Catalogers engaged in the standardization of Chinese name in libraries should have the ability of information search and discrimination.The introduction of search quotient into the standardization of Chinese name could bring a new idea for improving work quality and work efficiency.Search quotient of catalogers could be improved through forming a better search habit, applying reasonable search skills and distinguishing search results accurately.
