县级图书馆延伸服务的实践与思考——以瑞安市图书馆为例

摘　　要：依据当前县级图书馆的自身情况,县级图书馆开展延伸服务值得推广。瑞安市图书馆通过建立馆外流通站、开展富有意义的读书活动、加强网站建设等方式大力开展延伸服务,取得了一定的成效。但是与广大人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求相比,目前县级公共图书馆的延伸服务还不尽人意,还需不断加强。首先,政府的资金投入是保障;其次,整合文献资源是重点;再次,以人为本,加强馆员队伍建设是动力。Based on the current situation, county libraries carrying out extensive services is worth promoting.Zhejiang Ruian Library achieved certain results through the establishment of the circulation station outside the library, meaningful reading activities, the site construction, and so on.However, current extensive services of county libraries are unsatisfactory to meet the people＇s growing spiritual and cultural needs.County libraries should constantly strengthen extensive services.Firstly, the Government＇s capital investment is safeguard;secondly, the integration of literature resources is the key;thirdly, strengthening librarian team construction is the driving force.
