摘  要:研究了不同均匀化冷却方式对Al-Zn-Sn-Ga-Bi牺牲阳极合金的影响。结果表明,热处理后合金的电流效率均在95%以上,工作电位负移且平稳;退火态阳极合金的电流效率稍高,但溶解形貌较差,淬火态试样工作电位更负,溶解形貌均匀,显示出更好的综合电化学性能。热处理过程中活化元素的存在状态发生改变,导致活化过程主导因素的不同,最终引起溶解形貌的差异。The effect of homogenization with different cooling methods on electrochemical properties of Al-Zn-Sn-Ga-Bi alloy was studied.The results showed that after heat treatment,the current efficiency of the alloy was over 95%,the operating potential shifted negatively and became smooth within 10 days.Although the current efficiency of the annealed alloy anode was higher slightly,the quenched sample had more negative potential and uniform dissolution appearance,and thus showed a better electrochemical performance on the whole.The change of dominant factors in the activation process led to the difference of dissolution appearance,due to the changes of the existence state of activation elements in the matrix in the heat-treatment process.
