摘 要:通过毛用活性染料兰纳素对羊毛进行染色,并加入氯化稀土来提高染料的上染百分率。毛用活性染料不仅可以取代羊毛纤维酸性媒介染料,降低铬污染,而且与羊毛兰纳素直接染色相比,证实了稀土在活性染料兰纳素染羊毛中的促染作用。研究加入氯化稀土后羊毛的染色性能,分析了稀土加入的次序对上染百分率的影响,优化得出2种氯化稀土促染羊毛纤维的最佳用量,并确定了用量、染浴pH值、染色温度等主要工艺参数,最终得出稀土用于兰纳素染料染羊毛纤维的优化工艺。This paper used wool reactive dyes in wool dyeing,and joined the chlorinated thulium to increase the exhaustion rate of dyes.Wool reactive dyes can not only replace acid media dyeing of wool fibers,reducing the chromium contamination,but also confirmed the dye-promoting effect of the rare earth in the reactive Lanasol dyeing wool,compared to the reactive Lanasol direct dyeing wool.The dyeing properties of wool after joined the chlorinated thulium were researched.The paper analysised the order of joining chlorinated thulium on the rate of exhaustion and optimized the best dosage of two kinds of chlorinated thulium to promote wool fibers dyeing and determined the main process parameters such as the amount of sodium sulphate,dyeing bath pH,dyeing temperature.Eventually it comed to the optimized process of rare earth used in the Lanasol dyeing wool fibers.
