摘 要:为了研究拉伸羊毛/羊绒混纺纱线混纺比与纱线性能之间的关系,对各种纯纺、混纺纱线的强伸性能、条干、毛羽、耐磨性进行了测试分析。试验所用拉伸羊毛/羊绒混纺线的临界混纺比为0.4(拉伸羊毛含量为40%),其混纺纱线实测强伸性能和力学模型预测值吻合良好,随着拉伸羊毛含量的增加,混纺纱线的条干CV值和毛羽指数逐渐降低,耐磨性能与混纺纱强度变化趋于一致。通过拉伸羊毛/羊绒混纺纱线混纺比对纱线性能影响的讨论研究,有利于仿羊绒织物的开发与应用。The influences of blending ratio on yarn tensile strength,tensile elongation,evenness,hairiness and durability were investigated in order to research the relation between the ratio of blended yarn and their performance in this paper.The results revealed that the critical blending ratio was about 0.4,namely a yarn exhibits the lowest tensile strength when the content of stretched wool was about 40%.The measured strength and elongation properties of the blended yarns were well matched the prediction model.The value of CV and hairiness index gradually reduced with the increase of the blending ratio of stretched wool.The wear resistance of the yarn was in line with the changing of tensile strength.It was beneficial to the development and application of cashmere fabric imitation by the discussion and research on the influence of blending ratio on the performance of stretched wool/cashmere yarn.
