摘　　要：采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定六神丸中总砷含量,同时对六神丸在人工胃液中可溶性砷进行了研究。试验结果表明:人工胃液中可溶性砷含量仅占六神丸中总砷含量的5.9%,且发现可溶性砷在人工胃液中可以在短时间内达到溶出平衡,而且人工胃液中的胃蛋白酶对砷的溶出有促进作用。HG-AFS was applied to the determination of total arsenic（As） in Liushen pill and study on the amount of soluble arsenic from the pill in simulated gastric juice was also made.It was found that the content of soluble As in simulated gastric juice only accounted for 5.9% of total arsenic in Liushen pill,and that dissolving equilibrium of the soluble arsenic in simulated gastric juice and in the pill was attained very soon.Pepsin in the simulated gastric juice was found to show promotion action on the dissolving out of the soluble arsenic from the pill.
