儿童多重侵害发生现状及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解儿童多重侵害的现状及其相关因素。方法:采用青少年侵害问卷和一般信息问卷对山东省某市的636名小学生进行调查。结果:至少存在一种侵害的小学生占72.28%,发生率较高的侵害类型有物品被故意破坏(34.29%)、赤手空拳打你(24.36%)、被偷(22.92%)、目击某人被赤手空拳殴打(19.39%)等。多重侵害的发生率为17.31%,低度多重侵害的发生率为10.74%,高度多重侵害的发生率为6.57%。多重侵害的发生率在性别、学习成绩上有差异:男生多重侵害发生率明显高于女生(P<0.01),且男生高度多重侵害在侵害中所占比率高于女生(P<0.05);学习成绩较差的学生多重侵害发生率高于成绩较好的学生(P<0.05)。学习成绩差、母亲文化程度低、居住拥挤、饮酒、玩电子游戏是多重侵害发生的危险因素。结论:儿童多重侵害的发生率较高,与个人和家庭等多方面因素有关。Objective：To explore the incidence rate of Poly-Victimization and its related factors in children.Methods：624 primary school students were administered the Chinese self-rating version of Juvenile Victimization Questionnaire.Results：72.28% students had at least one victimization.The top four victimizations were vandalism（34.29%）,being assaulted without weapon（24.36%）,personal theft（22.92%） and witnessing others be assaulted without weapon（19.39%）.The prevalence of poly-victimization was 17.31%,and the low poly-victimization was 10.74%,and the high poly-victimization was 6.57%.Poly-victimization prevalence between girls and boys and study achievement showed significant difference：the prevalance of poly-victimization in boys was much higher than that of girls P0.01,and the proportion of high poly-victimization in boys was higher P0.05;the prevalance of poly-victimazation in those who study badly was higher than those who study well P0.05.The academic achievement,the educational level of mother,overcrowding in living space and playing video games were the factors of poly-victimization.Conclusion：There is significant incidence rate of poly-victimization in primary school students and there are several related factors.
