摘　　要：目的识别、分析某公司第6代薄膜晶体管液晶显示器件项目存在的职业病危害因素,评价危害程度,确定该建设项目的职业病危害类别,从职业病防治角度评估建设项目的可行性。方法通过对第5代线的现场职业卫生学调查、第5代线的控评资料和职业性健康监护资料的分析,采用类比法进行评价。结果本项目属职业病危害严重的项目,在选址、总平面布局、车间内人工照明的照度设计、生产工艺及设备布局、拟采取的防毒、防噪声和应急救援设施等方面基本符合设计卫生要求。结论从职业病防治角度看,该项目基本可行。Objective To identify and analyze the potential occupational hazard factors that may exist in the sixth generation thin film transistor liquid crystal displays（LCD） project for a company,evaluate the risk degree,determine the hazard classification of this construction project,evaluate the feasibility of this project from the point of prevention and treatment of occupational diseases.Method Based on the occupational hygienic investigation,the assessment data and the occupational health surveillance record of the fifth generation product,the sixth generation product was evaluated by analogical analysis.Results It was classified as severe occupational hazard project.The result showed that this project corresponded to design and hygienic requirements basically in site location,overall plane layout,illuminance design used to provide artificial illumination in the workshop,production technology and equipment allocation,the facilities of sound-proof,anti-poison and emergency rescue for the prevention.Conclusion This project was feasible from the angle of prevention and treatment of occupational diseases.
