摘　　要：目的了解芜湖市市级医疗机构艾滋病筛查实验室现状,为提高检测质量和安全防护提供科学依据。方法通过调查问卷和实验室盲样考核,对实验室进行现况调查。结果2009年我市从事艾滋病检测的人员培训或复训率为58.33%,实验室仪器定期校准率为33.33%,开展实验室外部质量控制工作的只占44.44%,实验室生物安全设备不到位。但总体较2008年在各方面都有所提高。结论加强网络实验室建设和管理,提高实验人员的生物安全意识和质量管理意识非常重要。Objective To understand the status of HIV anti-body screening labs in medical institutions at municipal levels,and provide the scientific basis for improving the testing quality and safety protection.Methods The labs were investigated by the questionnaire and the assessment of unknown samples.Results The training or re-training rate of the personnel engaged in HIV tests in Wuhu in 2009 was 58.33%,the rate of periodical calibration for laboratory equipment was 33.33%,only 44.44% of labs developed the external quality control,and biological safety equipments were imperfect.However,things in all respects looked better than that of 2008.Conclusion It was very important to enhance development and management of laboratory network,and improve the biolcegical safety consciousness and quality management one of laboratory personnel.
