铜绿假单胞菌分离株与耐药相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：明确调查期间铜绿假单胞菌血清学分型及分布、检测流行株的药物敏感性．方法：采用玻片法分型，Kirby－Bauer纸片法进行敏感性测定．结果：血清型分布主要为11型，并确定该型为此间主要血清型分离株、药敏试验结果：对5种内科常用抗生素有不同程度的耐药，其中对头孢噻肟的耐药达32．86％，敏感菌株只有8．57％,对丁胺卡那、头孢喹酮、头孢他定有较高的敏感性．Seventy strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) were isolated from 1500 clinical samples during three years. 80% of those strains were isolated. from spatum. most of the sterotype was typell. It was concluded that serotypell was of main isolated strains during this period. The results of the drug sensitive test showed that PAs were resistant to five kinds of antibiotics, that about 32.86% of PAs were resistant to cefotaxime, with the sensitive rate of 8.57% and that the higher sen sitive drugs for PAs were Amikacin, cefoperazone and ceftazidime respectively.
