摘 要:本文研究了除草剂ZJ0777[C19H18BrN3O3]的荧光猝灭光度法的测定方法。在1.5%乙酸-乙酸乙酯介质中,水杨酸与嘧啶苄胺类除草剂ZJ0777形成离子缔合物,导致水杨酸溶液荧光猝灭。当分别于最大激发/最大发射(λex/λem)305nm/442nm进行测量时,荧光猝灭值(ΔF)与ZJ0777浓度在0.2~10mg/L范围呈良好的线性关系,该方法灵敏度高,检出限为0.1mg/L。考察了共存物质的影响,表明该方法有良好的选择性。据此发展了一种高灵敏、简便快速测定微量除草剂ZJ0777的新荧光猝灭分光光度法。用于水样中除草剂ZJ0777的含量测定,结果满意。The spectrofluorimetric determination of ZJO777 using salicylic acid as an emission reagent has been investigated by measuring the decrease of fluorescence intensity of salicylic acid due to forming an ion association complex of ZJ0777-salicylic acid. An emission peak of salicylic acid, which is decreased linearly by addition ZJ0777, occurs at 442nm in 1.5% CH3COOH-CH3COOC2H5 solution with excitation at 305nm. The linear range for ZJ0777 is from 0.2 to 10mg/L, and its detection limit is 0.1 mg/L. The influence of coexisting substance was also inspected, and the result showed that this method has a better selectivity. Therefore,a new fluorescence method, which is high sensitive, simple and rapid, was developed to determinate ZJ0777 at trace amounts. The method could be applied to the determination of Z J0777 in water sample with satisfactory results.
