摘  要:实验以桔小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendal)成虫、幼虫和蛹不同虫态进行室内毒力测定,利用球孢白僵菌(Beauveryia bassiana)MZ050724菌株3.6×105~3.6×108个/mL4个分生孢子浓度对其进行室内毒力测定.在分生孢子3.6×108个/mL浓度下成虫死亡率最高达91.56%,幼虫死亡率最高达93.59%,蛹死亡率最高达78.36%;第8天的成虫LC50为2.65×105个/mL,幼虫的LC50为2.12×105个/mL,蛹的LC50为3.05×105个/mL.在3.6×105~3.6×108个/mL4浓度处理下成虫的LT50依次为7.11d、5.14d、4.58d和4.27d,幼虫的LT50依次为7.41d、6.46d、5.90d和5.13d,蛹的LT50依次为14.01d、7.55d、6.62d和6.11d.球孢白僵菌MZ050724菌株在室内对桔小实蝇的成虫、幼虫和蛹有较强的毒力,具有良好的田间应用前景.The virulence of the isolate of Beauveryia bassiana named MZ050724 at five concentrations (3.6×105-3.6×108 spores/ml) against different stages (adult,juvenile and pupae) of Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendal) was tested in laboratory. In the treatment of 3.6×108 spores/mL,the mortality of the adult,juvenile and pupae of B. dorsalis (Hendal) was 91.56%,93.59% and 78.36%,respectively. Determined on the 8th day after the treatment,the median lethal concentration (LC50) for them were 2.65×105,2.12×105 and 3.05×105 spores/mL,respectively. With the five different concentrations used in this study,(3.6×105-3.6×108 spores/mL) the LC50 occurred on 7.11 d,5.14 d,4.58 d and 4.27 d for the adults,7.41 d,6.46 d,5.90 d and 5.13 d for the juveniles and 14.01 d,7.55 d,6.62 d and 6.11 d for the pupae,respectively. It is thus concluded that the isolate of B. bassiana MZ050724 had considerable virulence against the adults,juveniles and pupae of B. dorsalis (Hendal) in laboratory and,therefore,it has a promising prospect of application in the fields.
