摘  要:解剖观察发现,贝氏高原鳅(Triplophysa bleekeri)具有外形不规则的独立肝脏.光镜观察发现,肝小叶不明显,中央肝血窦呈网络状,边缘肝血窦呈点线状,可见枯否氏细胞,汇管区不明显.电镜观察发现,肝细胞质内有丰富的细胞器及内含物,以粗面型内质网和线粒体最为常见,溶酶体功能活跃,可见不同阶段的次级溶酶体及残体,脂滴和糖原颗粒丰富.枯否氏细胞内具吞噬泡,伪足发达,狄氏间隙及胆小管管内均有肝细胞微绒毛伸入.Anatomical observation revealed that the liver of Triplophysa bleekeri is independent and irregular in shape. When viewed under a light microscope,the hepatic lobule is not obvious,the hepatic sinusoids form webs near the center and those near the edge are dot-thread-shaped. The Kupffer cells are noticeable while the portal area is not clear. Electron microscopy showed abundant organelles and inclusions in the cytoplasm,with rough endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria being the most common. There are plentiful lipid drops and glycogen in the cytoplasm. Lysosomes are active and secondary lysosomes of different stages and residual bodies are detected. Pseudopodia of the Kupffer cell are well developed with phagovesicles in it. Finger-like microvilli from hepatocytes stick into the Disse's space and the bile canaliculi.
