摘　　要：尝试对专题学习网站构建过程中应注意的问题进行归纳总结和理论探讨，明确提出高质量的专题学习网站应该是设计与技术和实用功能的完美结合体这一观点。This article tries to study from the problems during the process of constructing the subject-based learning website. It refers that the perfect combination of design, technology and practical functions is most important to construct subject based learning website with a high quality.
