摘 要:研究了晋A棉花质核不育系的天然异交与成铃。结果表明,在山西运城地区常年治虫4~7次背景下,天然异交成铃率高达60%以上。优良的晋A棉花不育材料,单株成铃已达到同类常规品种水平。表现了突出的早熟性和天然异交优势。这预示着实现三系配套后,克服昆虫传粉障碍已成为可能,从而为棉花质核不育三系制种和杂种优势利用展现了良好的前景。Natural crossing and boll setting of a nucleo-cytoplasmic sterile line of cotton Jin-A were studied. The result indicated that the boll setting rate of the natural crossing could increased by 61.6% or even more under the condition of controlling 4~7 times a year in Yuncheng Shanxi and the boll setting rate of single plant for good cotton Jin-A materials could reach the same level as the conventional cotton varieties, which performed outstanding early maturity and advantage of natural crossing. It will predict that it is possible to overcome the obstacle of insect pollination after realizing forming a complete set of 3 lines, and show a good prospects for producing seeds with 3 lines of cotton nucleo-cytoplasmic sterility and untilization of hybrid vigor.
