摘　　要：以76例住院老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,对低血糖症进行回顾性分析。结果老年糖尿病患者由于年龄、饮食、用药不合理等因素容易发生低血糖反应。结论加强教育,提高对低血糖的认识。Objective To analyze the causes for the hypoglycemic reasfion of aged diabetics and put forward some nursing interventions. Methods Using a retrospective study design to investigage the causes for the hypoglycemic reaction of 76 in hospi- talized old diabetics Patients. Results Aged diabetics had hypoglycemic reaction hecause of old age,diet,inapropriate drug use. Conclusion Improving the health educatiionof aged diabetics and relations and enhancing the knowledge ofhypoglycemia in nursing staff are very effective methods to prevent hypoglycemic reactions in aged diabetics.
