摘　　要：通过调查研究，提出了适应市场经济和中国基本国情的土地复垦产业化战略，即在生态效益、社会效益和经济效益相统一的原则下，科学地把工矿业生产、土地供给、土地整治、复垦土地的开发利用、农副产品加工与运销和政府支持等环节有机地结合起来，实行专业化、一体化、系列化的经营和管理，从根本上达到理顺土地复垦资金的投入渠道，增加土地复垦的人才和技术投入，使土地复垦与经济效益挂钩，建立完善的行政管理、技术开发、有效监督的统一系统。In view of some problems of land reclamation in China, the industrialization strategy of land reclamation in mine district was suggested through our investigation and study, which is suitable for market economic and the condition of China. The main idea of industrialization strategy of land reclamation in mine district is that in order to reach specialization, integration, seriation management and administration under the interconnection principle of ecological, social and economic benefit, the following must be integrated organically and scientifically, industrial production of mine, land supplication, land management, exploitation of reclaimed land, processing-transporting-marketing of agricultural byproduction and government support. Through the system, the fund resource of land reclamation could be collected successfully and professional personnel and technique could be put into the project to tie economic benefit in with land reclamation and to establish one entire system of government administration, technique development and effective supervision.
