摘 要:对商陆茎的木质素、纤维素、灰分、钾元素等主要化学成分进行了分析.结果表明,野生商陆茎的全钾含量高达4.58%,木质素和纤维素含量比其他木质原料低,与秸秆类植物相当.利用热重-差热分析仪(TG-DTA)对商陆茎的热失重和热解特性进行了研究,分析了商陆茎热解炭化的机理.发现,商陆茎主要的热失重区间在200~400℃之间,控制这一失重阶段是商陆茎热解炭化的关键.在N2气氛中,热解温度为1 000℃时商陆茎热解炭化后的固定碳含量为19%.此研究结果为进行商陆茎生物质转化研究和活性炭制备的可行性提供依据.In recent years,great attention has been paid to the exploitation and use of Phytolacca plants because of their highlighted multifunctional characteristics.The contents of lignin,cellulose,ashes and potassium element of the Ph.americana L.stem were determined.The results showed that the chemical composition of Ph.americana stem are close to that of herbaceous straw except for its lower lignin and cellulose contents compared with other ligneous materials.Total potassium content in Ph.americana stem was 4.58%,as detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Its pyrolysis mechanism was discussed on the basis of weight loss and pyrolysis behavior detected by thermogravimetry(TG) and differential thermal analysis(DTA).Major weight loss of Ph.americana stem occurred from 200 to 400 ℃,being the key stage during the charring pyrolysis process.When pyrolyzed at 1 000 ℃ in N2,Ph.americana stem had a fixed carbon content of 19%.This study provides theoretical basis for the conversion of biomass and the preparation of activated carbon using Ph.americana stem as the raw material.
