摘　　要：目的探讨多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图（DSE）评价行经皮经腔冠状动脉成形术（PTCA）及支架植入术后再狭窄的临床应用价值。方法 39例行PTCA或支架植入术后1~12个月的患者,在造影前1周内接受DSE检查,多巴酚丁胺剂量递增方案为5、10、20、30、40μg.kg-1.min-15个级别,每级负荷维持3分钟。比较DSE和造影检查结果的一致性。结果 DSE评价PTCA及支架植入术后再狭窄的敏感度为75.0%,特异度为92.6%,准确度为87.2%。结论 DSE评价PTCA及支架植入术后再狭窄具有准确、安全可行的特性。Objective To explore the clinical value of dobutamine stress echocardiography（DSE） in assessment of restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty（PTCA） or PTCA with stent.Methods PTCA or PTCA with stent therapy,within 1 to 12 months,were conducted on 39 coronary disease patients.The patients were examined by DSE before coronary angiography,the standard protocol of DSE was 5,10,20,30,40 μg·kg-1·min-1.Every grade maintained for three minutes.Consistency of the results was compared between DSE and coronary angiography.Results Compared with coronary angiography results,the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy of DSE was 75.0%,92.6%,87.2%,respectively.Conclusion DSE has the characteristics of accuracy,safety,feasibility in assessment of the restenosis after PTCA or PTCA with stent.
