摘  要:尾矿库是一种人工形成的高位泥石流源,存在较多危害和事故隐患,且受到很多不确定性因素影响,一旦发生事故将会严重威胁到库区周边环境和下游人民财产安全。根据影响尾矿库安全的几个主要因素,考虑到传统层次分析法在安全评价中的不足,采用不确定型层次分析法建立了尾矿库安全评价模型,并根据尾矿库的实际确定其指标体系。Tailings Dam is an artificial root of high-level debris flow,where there are many hazards and accident risks,which are affected by many uncertain factors.Once the accident happened,it would seriously threaten the surrounding environment in the reservoir area,the downstream people and their property.Based on several major factors which affect the safety of tailings dam,and considering the shortcomings of the traditional AHP in the safety assessment,the safety assessment model of the tailing dam was established with uncertain AHP,and its index system was determined based on the reality of tailings.
