摘　　要：总结行颈前路或后路切开减压复位植骨内固定术治疗小儿下颈椎骨折脱位的护理措施。对20例患儿术前做好牵引护理,呼吸功能训练;术后严密观察病情,系统评估神经功能,重视引流管与支具护理,进行早期功能锻炼。本组20例均获得满意疗效。This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 20 children with fracture-dislocation of the lower cervical spine treated by early anterior or posterior open reduction-decompression and bone graft internal fixation.The nursing care included traction nursing and respiratory function training during preoperative period,as well as close observation of patients＇ state,systematic assessment of neurological functions,drainage tube care,brace care and early functional exercises during post-operative period.As a result,all children obtained satisfactory recovery.
