摘　　要：报告了12例无内膜接触缝合技术应用于心上型全肺静脉异位引流的护理配合。针对手术操作部位主要位于心脏后方,术野小、操作精细、难度大等特点,护理配合强调:术前物品准备齐全,采取绿色通道应对急诊手术;术中保证充足的照明和吸引通畅,以确保术野清晰,正确及时应用血管活性药物,维持循环稳定,防止意外发生;术后积极预防肺动脉高压危象的发生。This paper summarizes nursing cooperation of surgical correction of 12 children with supracardiac total anomalous pulmonary venous connection（TAPVC） with sutureless technique.In consideration of the characteristics of postlateral approach, small operating exposure and relatively difficult maneuvers,nurses should prepare possibly-needed surgical instruments and follow fast-track protocols before operations,ensure enough lighting and clear operating exposure,proper and timely use of vaso-activated drugs to keep circulation stable,avoid accidents during surgery,and prevent pulmonary hypertension crisis during postoperative period.
