摘 要:用接触角对SiO2包覆石墨复合颗粒的包覆效果进行评价,找到合适的包覆工艺参数,并用SEM(扫描电子显微镜)、EDS(能谱)、XRD(X射线衍射)、FTIR(傅氏转换红外线光谱分析仪)对SiO2包覆石墨颗粒进行表征。结果表明,石墨表面被包覆了一层非晶态SiO2膜。然后将SiO2包覆石墨、硅烷偶联剂处理石墨和硅烷偶联剂处理SiO2包覆石墨填充尼龙1010(PA1010),并与未处理石墨填充PA1010复合材料进行摩擦学性能对比。结果表明,SiO2包覆处理使石墨填充PA1010复合材料的摩擦机理发生了变化,摩擦因数和磨损率均较未处理石墨的降低;而硅烷偶联剂改性后的石墨颗粒虽然也可使磨损率降低,但摩擦因数却比未处理石墨/PA1010的升高。证明SiO2包覆比硅烷偶联剂处理对摩擦学性能的改善更有利。Contact angles were used to evaluate SiO2 coating graphite composite particles,and appropriate coating technical parameter was obtained. And then, the SiO2 coating graphite composite particle was characterized by SEM, EDS, XRD and FTIR. The results show that the graphite is coated by amorphous nano-SiO2 film. Furthermore, the tribology properties of PA1010 composites, which are filled respectively by the composite particles, graphite modified by silane coupling agent, and the composite particles modified by silane coupling agent,were compared with PA1010 filled by the graphite particles unmodified. The results show that SiO2 coating change the tribologic mechanism of PA1010 composites filled by coating modified graphite, and friction coefficient and wear rate of PA1010 comosites filled by coating modified grahithe are lower than that of PA1010 composites filled by un- modified graphitle. Although graphite modified by silane coupling agent can decrease wear rate also, it enhances friction coefficient compared with unmodified graphite particles. It is indicated that coating SiO2 has more contribution to tribology property than that of silane coupling agent.
