摘　　要：在经济全球化和竞争日益国际化的今天,越来越多的实践表明,企业之间的竞争已经逐渐演化为产业链之间的竟争。本文从农业产业链管理的基本知识出发,对水产业产业链中的两个环节运用合作博弈中的帕累托最优状态进行了对比分析,探讨了相对独立的水产企业合作达到共赢以及实施水产业产业链管理的合理性,从组织链管理、价值链管理、物流链管理和信息流管理等方面对增强水产业产业链管理水平提出了具体的建议。With the economical globalization and competitive internationalization, the competition among enterprises has gradually evolved to the one among industry chain. Based on the knowledge of industry chain management, authors have conducted parallel analysis on Pareto optimal state in aquaculture industry chain through cooperative game theory, and discussed the cooperation among the relatively independent aquaculture enterprises to achieve win-win situation and implement reasonable aquaculture industry chain management. Authors have also proposed some suggestions on how to enhance the level of aquaculture industry chain management in the aspects of institutions chain management, value chain management, logistics chain management and information chain management.
