商业渔业视角下提高渔民收入的思考

摘　　要：随着近几年粗放式的渔业经济增长,渔业资源的日益衰退,海洋捕捞效益每况愈下,渔民收入增长速度较为缓慢。如何提高渔民收入,带动渔业经济的可持续发展,成为渔业研究与现实经济领域的重要主题。文章对渔民收入状况进行分析,在界定商业渔业和生计渔业的基础上,提出发展商业渔业对提高渔民收入的作用,并提出了基于商业渔业视角提高渔民收入的对策。With the extensive development in fishery economy, the fishery resources have been reduced gradually, and at the same time, fishery benefits have been decreased continuously. This has a great impact on fishermen＇s income, and their income does not increase apparently. How to increase the fishermen＇s income and how to promote the sustainable development of fishery economic is becoming the important theme. The article analyzes the condition of fisherman＇s income, and defines commercial fishery and livelihood fishery, then puts forward the impact on fishermen＇s income and the solutions on how to increase the fishermen＇s income under commercial fishery.
