摘　　要：根据复烤烟叶包装流程和工艺要求,基于WinCC开发了烟箱标签数据采集、打印管理信息系统;系统组态了标签打印监控界面,通过脚本实现了打印参数的设置,烟叶基础数据维护;利用Bartender软件设计了标签模板;采用OPC方式自动获取分析仪的化学成分数据,并通过C Script和UserArchive实现了打印数据自动归档;综合运用ODBC、DAO和ActiveX自动化技术,通过VBS脚本编程实现数据库标签数据查询、动态打印功能,该系统投入使用后,运行可靠,效率高,为卷烟配方提供了烟叶内在质量的数据支持。According to tobacco packing flow and the requirements of Re--dry Technique, based on WinCC, tobacco box label data ac- quisition and print system was developed. The monitoring interface of label print was configurated, the function of print parameters setting and tobacco foundational data maintenance was realized by scripts. Label templates were designed by Bartender. The chemical constituents from infrared analyzer were acquired by OPC. The auto--archiving of Label data was realized by C Script and User Archive. By applying OD- BC, DAO and ActiveX Automation synthetically, the function of data query and dynamic print were realized by means of VBS programming. The system＇s practical operation showed that the system is reliable and efficient, it supply cigarette formulation with the internal quality data of tobacco.
