两区合并背景下大浦东产业发展及空间布局研究

摘　　要：两区合并背景下,如何实现大浦东产业发展与空间布局的效应最大化是亟待研究的问题。在总结大浦东产业发展现状与问题的基础上,立足浦东综合配套改革的优势,构建了由国际先进、国内领先、重要产业、辅助产业等四个层次组成的竞争型、创新型、服务型现代产业体系;提出了由"三城"、"两带"、"一网"构成的大浦东"3.2.1"产业空间格局,构建了大浦东产业发展的支撑体系。On the basis of analyzing the problems and current situations existing in the industrial development of New Pudong,taking full advantages of the national synthetically reform,considering not only the guiding and control ability of New Pudong but also the current level of industrial technology and the position of New Pudong in the global value chain,we constructed competitive,innovative,service-oriented modern industrial system,which composed of four levels,including international advanced,domestic leading,important industries,auxiliary industries,then put forward ＂3.2.1＂ industrial space layout,consisting of ＂three cities＂,＂two belts＂,＂one network＂.And also we proposed a support system for the modern industrial system of New Pudong.
