摘 要:采用已形成颗粒污泥的厌氧序批式反应器(ASBR)处理啤酒废水,通过正交试验考察了进水COD浓度、运行周期、进水COD浓度/碱度(以CaCO3计)值和搅拌频率这4个参数对去除COD的影响。结果表明,当以对COD的去除率为评价指标时,正交试验得到上述因素对去除COD的影响程度排序为进水COD浓度〉进水COD浓度/碱度值〉运行周期〉搅拌频率;ASBR反应器处理啤酒废水的最佳条件如下:进水COD为2859mg/L、运行周期为8h、进水COD浓度/碱度值为3~4、搅拌频率为1min/45min。ASBR反应器对COD的去除率均在95%以上,出水COD浓度能够达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978--1996)的一级标准和《啤酒工业污染物排放标准》(GB19821—2005)。Anaerobic sequencing batch reactor (ASBR) with granular sludge was used for treatment of brewery wastewater. The influence of influent COD concentration, operation period, influent COD/alkalinity ( calculated as CaCO3 ) value and agitation frequency on COD removal efficiency were investigated by orthogonal test. The results show that the influence order is influent COD concentration 〉 influent COD/alkalinity value 〉 operation period 〉 agitation frequency when the evaluating indicator is COD removal efficiency. The optimal parameters of ASBR for brewery wastewater treatment are recommend as: the influent COD concentration is 2 859 mg/L, the operation period is 8 h, the influent COD/ alkalinity value is 3 to 4, and the agitation frequency is 1 min/45 rain. The COD removal rate is above 95% , and the effluent COD concentration call reach the first level criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996) and the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Beer Industry ( GB 19821 - 2005).
