摘  要:以高氨氮垃圾渗滤液为处理对象,通过边进水边曝气的运行方式,同时控制pH≈7、溶解氧在1~2mg/L,在SBR内成功实现了稳定的亚硝酸型硝化。当进水氨氮浓度为2134~2886mg/L、氨氮负荷高达2kgNH3-N/(m3·d)时,出水氨氮和亚硝酸盐氮分别为400和1200mg/L左右,对氨氮的去除率达到80%以上。游离氨(FA)和游离亚硝酸(FNA)对亚硝态氮氧化菌(NOB)的抑制是实现亚硝酸型硝化的关键。另外,系统内高浓度的亚硝酸盐对异养菌的代谢产生了抑制,对TOC的去除率仅为60%左右。Taking high ammonia nitrogen landfill leachate as treatment object, the stable nitrous nitrification was successfully achieved in SBR operated in simultaneous feeding and aeration mode and with pH of 7 and DO of 1 to 2 mg/L. When the influent ammonia nitrogen concentration and load are 2 134 to 2 886 mg/L and 2 kgNH3 -N/(m3 · d) respectively, the effluent ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen are 400 mg/L and 1 200 mg/L respectively, and the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen is a- bove 80%. The inhibition of free ammonia and free nitrous acid on nitrite oxidizing bacteria is critical for nitrous nitrification, in addition, the metabolism of heterotrophic bacteria is inhibited by high-concentration nitrite in the system, and the removal efficiency of TOC is only about 60%.
