摘　　要：香港科技服务业拥有良好的市场环境、基础设施和人才培养机制,在有效的管理框架和政策措施指导下,已经形成了较大的产业规模,其产业化和国际化程度较高。香港科技服务业的发展为广东提供了重要的启示。Withits good market environment,weu-daeloped infrastructure and personnel training mechanism,the science and technology service industry in Hong Kong has formed a large scale with a relatively higher degree of industrialization and internationalization,under the guidance of effective regulatory framework and policy measurements.The development of the science and technology service industry in Hong Kong has provided an important inspiration for that in Guangdong.
