摘　　要：在对广东省民营企业科技工作者的工作和科研状况、生活状况和权益保障现状等方面进行问卷调查的基础上,较全面地统计分析广东省民营企业科技工作者的现状,深入剖析了当前存在的突出问题,从政府和企业双重层面就改善广东省民营企业科技工作者状况提出了思路及建议对策。In this paper,based on a questionnaire survey on working conditions、living conditions and rights of protection of technicians in private enterprises of Guangdong Province,a more comprehensive statistical analysis of the status of technicians in private enterprises of Guangdong Province is given,deeply analyzing the current outstanding problems.From the dual dimensions of government and enterprises,ideas and countermeasures on the situation of technincians in private enterprises of Guangdong Province are proposed.
