从专利的角度看我国高校技术创新现状和问题

摘　　要：利用国家知识产权局CPRS专利数据库和世界知识产权组织Patentscope数据库对我国高校1985年以来申请并公开的专利文献进行系统研究,从专利申请和授权趋势、专利申请类型、技术领域、校企合作、法律状态等多个角度综合分析目前我国高校技术创新和专利保护工作的现状,从学校内部和社会外部多方面分析高校专利工作中的主要问题,并提出改进高校专利工作的若干建议。The patent publications of Chinese universities were analyzed systemically by using CPRS database made by State Intellectual Property Office of China （SIPO） and patentscope database made by World Intellectual Property Office （WIPO）.The patent filing and licensing trends,patent types,technology field,RD cooperation and the legal status were analyzed to explore the technology innovation and patent protection status of Chinese universities.Finally,some advises were given to solve the problems of patent administration of Chinese universities.
