摘　　要：从单位和项目层面,调查近十年的广州医学院部分附属医院情况以及成果项目和结题项目情况,分析高水平成果产出与医院科研协作有关因素的关系。并提出促进高水平成果产出的医院科研协作有关要素的管理模式。We collected the scientific research data in Guangzhou Medical University and the affiliated hospitals in the recent 10 years to analyze the relations between hospital scientific research cooperation and high-quality scientific production.The author also created a new management model based on these factors to promote the high-quality scientific production.
