摘 要:目的:使用纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺仿生材料腕舟骨假体重建腕舟骨后,用Prescale测量胶片测量腕关节的生物力学性能。方法:分别使用12具新鲜腕关节标本,在纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺仿生材料腕舟骨假体重建腕舟骨前后,使用力学试验机施加50N至250N的外力,用Prescale测量胶片测量腕关节的应力分布。结果:纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺仿生材料腕舟骨假体重建腕舟骨后,桡腕关节在50N至250N的外力作用下,平均受力依次为0.55±0.02Mpa,0.59±0.04Mpa,0.65±0.02Mpa,0.71±0.02Mpa,0.70±0.01 Mpa,同正常组相比无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论:纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺仿生材料腕舟骨假体重建腕舟骨后,腕关节的应力分布同正常情况接近。Objective:To measure the biomechanical properties of the wrist after the reconstruction of scaphoid with nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide biomaterial prosthesis using Prescale Film.Methods:The scaphoid of twelve fresh cadaveric wrists were reconstructed with nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide biomaterial prosthesis.50N to 250N loads were applied to the cadaveric wrists.The stress distribution of the wrist joint were measured using Prescale Film.Results:After the reconstruction of scaphoid,under the loads of 50N to 250N,the mean loads of radialcarpal joint were 0.55±0.02 Mpa,0.59±0.04 Mpa,0.65±0.02 Mpa,0.71±0.02 Mpa,0.70±0.01 Mpa.There were no significant differences compared with the nomarl situation(P0.05).Conclusion:The stress distribution of the wrist changed did not changed significantly after the reconstruction of scaphoid with nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide biomaterial prosthesis.
