B超介导羊膜腔内灌注在羊水过少引产中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨超声引导下羊膜腔内生理盐水灌注加利凡诺注射对羊水过少患者引产的价值。方法：60例羊水过少要求引产的患者随机分为两组,每组30例,试验组给予生理盐水加1%利凡诺2mL（100mg）羊膜腔内注射;对照组30例,给予1%利凡诺2mL（100mg）羊膜腔内注射。比较两组患者穿刺次数、引产成功率、宫缩发动时间及胎儿娩出时间,同时记录两组患者产时产后并发症。结果：试验组的穿刺次数、宫缩发动的时间及胎儿娩出时间明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）,但引产成功率及术后并发症二者无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：B超介导下羊膜腔内生理盐水灌注加利凡诺注射是针对羊水过少患者的一种有效的引产方法。Objective：To evaluate the treatment value of ultrasound guiding for saline amnioinfusion and ethacridine injection in the induced abortion with oligohydramnios.Methods： 60 cases with oligohydramnios for induced labor were selected in our hospital from October 2003 to October 2009,which were divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly,each group included 30 cases.Experimental group were treated by ultrasound guiding for saline amnioinfusion and ethacridine injection,the control group were treated by ultrasound guiding for ethacridine injection only.The puncturation time,ratio of effective labor,start of uterine contraction and labor time as well as the complication were observed in each group.Result：The average of puncturation time was significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group.The start of uterine contraction and labor time were significantly short in the experimental group than that in the control group.However the ratio of effective labor and complication had no difference between two groups.Conclusion：The ultrasound guiding for saline amnioinfusion and ethacridine injection was effective in the induced abortion with oligohydramnios.
