摘　　要：目的总结137例儿童发生视网膜脱离患儿术后护理经验。方法对我科收治的137例视网膜脱离患儿的病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果儿童视网膜脱离术后的护理包括全麻术后、心理、特殊体位、安全、眼痛等方面的护理指导。结论针对儿童自身特点的术后护理，有益于视网膜脱离手术的成功。Objective To sunmmry postoperative nursing experience of 137 children with retinal detachment. Methods Retrospective analyzed 137 medical record information of children with retinal detachment. Results Postoperative nursing care of child with retinal detachment included instructions of general anesthesia, psychological care, special body postural care, safety care, eye pain care and so on. Conclusions Personalized nursing cares of child are helpful for success of retinal detachment surgery.
