摘　　要：液压转向机对齿条杆部表面有很高的耐磨、储油、封存要求,为此需要一套表面超精加工工艺及加工参数设定。本文重点介绍该工艺过程及一些加工的参数设定过程。该工艺及参数也适用于推进杆与密封圈有相对运动的液压动力机构对其推进杆表面的处理过程。Requirements for hydraulic steering rack cylinder are very high, the rack cylinder should be durable, lubricants preservable and of seal. So, finish machining and parameter-set are necessary. This paper emphasizes the process and how machining parameters are set. The process and parameters are also be applied to the surface treatment of the push rod in hydraulic mechanism, where there is relative motion between push rod and seal.
