摘  要:为解决深井、超深井固井水泥浆与钻井液的相容性问题,在分析钻井液对水泥浆稠化时间的影响以及深井常用钻井液处理剂与深井常用高温水泥浆进行混合流体的流变性能、高温、高压稠化时间试验的基础上,提出将深井常用的聚磺、钾聚磺两种中高温钻井液体系与深井常用的高温水泥浆体系进行体系间混合流体相容性试验的方法。由此筛选出对水泥浆有促凝作用的钻井液处理剂,来指导钻井液处理剂的选择;并对现有水泥浆相容性试验标准和防污染工艺技术措施进行了评价,总结出适合深井井下实际情况的水泥浆相容性试验方法和固井前钻井液性能调整技术、偏心环空隔离液技术、提高套管居中度技术、水泥浆防污染等措施。现场实践结果表明,固井水泥浆防污染技术能确保深井、超深井固井作业的安全。最后建议根据不同地区特点建立一套较为全面的水泥浆防污染体系,以此来提高固井质量。To ensure the compatibility between the cement slurry and the drilling fluid used in deep and ultradeep well drilling,a compatibility experiment is conducted using the commonly used poly-sulphonate drilling fluid and potassium-poly-sulphonate with high-temperature cement slurry systems on the basis of an analysis of the effects of drilling fluid on cement slurry's thickening time and the test results of the rheology and high-pressure high-temperature thickening time of the conventional drilling fluid additives/cement slurry mixture used in deep well drilling.The drilling fluid additives helpful for flocculation in cement slurry are chosen as future drilling fluid additive candidates.The existing cement slurry compatibility test criteria and contamination-prevention measures are also evaluated herein,and a set of slurry compatibility test methods and a set of measures like drilling fluid proper adjustment before cementing operation,eccentric annulus spacer fluid placement,casing centralizing improvement,and cement slurry contamination prevention are summed up.The field application shows that the cement slurry contamination prevention technology can provide a safe way for deep and ultradeep well cementing.It is recommended that a cement slurry contamination prevention system be set up to improve the cementing quality under different conditions at different areas.
