摘　　要：在高等院校中,辅导员考核是一项非常重要的工作,但是由于考核体系指标很多是定性的,给考核工作带来了不小的难度,模糊多目标群决策算法可以解决此问题;考虑到辅导员定量考核的特殊情况,对算法又做了改进,使其更符合实际情况,最后,给出2009年实际考核的例子来验证算法的正确性和有效性.It is the most important work for the counselors to evaluate in the university, but some qualitative indicators bring about the more difficulty.The fuzzy multi-objective group decision makings can solve this problem;otherwise,the paper improves the algorithm for special case of the quantitative assessment of the counselors in order to make closer to the reality.Finally,by an example on 2009＇s assessment of the counselors,the correctness and efficiency of the algorithm is proved.
