摘 要:为揭示摩擦副之间热机失稳现象的发生规律,正确评判湿式多片制动器的设计效果,提出了一种湿式多片制动器温度场和应力场的试验检测方法。以所确定的多层间隙单元结构有限元分析计算流程为基础,完成湿式多片制动器温度场和应力场分布规律的有限元计算,从而确定测试点的排布位置。试验结果表明:该检测方法能够准确反映出热机失稳现象,并有效地评估湿式多片制动器的设计效果。In order to evaluate the performance of a multiple disc wet brake and discover the excitation mechanism on the thermomechanical instability between steel plate and friction plate,an experimental method on temperature fields and thermal stress fields was investigated for a wet brake.Considering the structural characteristics of the wet brake which was constituted by layers and gaps between mating steel plates and friction plates,the finite element analysis(FEA)flow was established.The FEA values on the temperature and thermal stress of steel plate were calculated in radial and tangential directions.The distribution position on testing points was confirmed.The experiment results show that this experimental method can correctly evaluate the thermomechanical instability and check up the design quality of the multiple disc wet brake.
