摘　　要：[目的]研究加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗原发性高血压病痰湿壅盛证的临床疗效。[方法]36例患者在治疗之前测量血压,服用中药加味半夏白术天麻汤,以4周为1个疗程,在1个疗程治疗结束后进行血压、症状的疗效评定。[结果]治疗前后对比,血压下降及症状改善均十分显著,差异明显(P<0.05)。[结论]加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗原发性高血压痛痰湿壅盛证有明显疗效。[ Objective] To study the Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang Yongsheng treatment of primary hypertension card phlegm clinical efficacy. [ Methods ] 36 patients in the treatment of blood pressure measurement prior to taking the medicine flavored Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang to 4 weeks for a course of treatment, in a course after the end of treatment blood pressure, assessed the efficacy of the symptoms. [ Results ] Comparison before and after treatment, blood pressure decreased, and symptom improvement are very significant, differences are significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang Yongsheng treat- ment of primary hypertension card phlegm significant effect.
