降糖精对老年2型糖尿病糖脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨降糖精治疗老年2型糖尿病糖、脂代谢的影响。[方法]老年2型糖尿病合并脂代谢异常患者60例,随机分为降糖精组及氟伐他汀组,测定治疗前后两组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、血胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C),并计算胰岛素敏感指数(IAI)。[结果]与治疗前比较,两组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C明显降低,HDL-C升高(P<0.05)。降糖精组TG下降水平高于氟伐他汀组(P<0.05);降糖精组与治疗前比较,FBG、2hPG、HbA1C明显降低,IAI明显升高(P<0.05),氟伐他汀组治疗前后无明显差异。[结论]降糖精不仅能调节血脂,同时降低血糖及改善胰岛素敏感性。[ Objective] To study the effects of jiangtangjing granules on glucose and lipid metabolism in the elderly diabetes patients. [ Methods ] 60 elderly type 2 diabetes patients with dyslipidemia were randomly clas- sified into two groups, the treated group with jiangtangjing granules （n =30） and the control group with fluv- astatin（ n = 30）. Blood samples were drawn for measurement of serum levels of fast blood glucose （FBG） , 2h postprandial blood glucose （PBG） , Hemoglobin A1 c （ HbA1 c ）, insulin, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol （ LDL - C） , HDL cholesterol （ HDL - C） and triglycerides before and after treated. Insulin sensitivity index was also computed. [ Results] After 12 weeks, the levels of TC, LDL- C and TG were decreased significantly than before treated and HDL - C were increased significantly in two groups respectively. Compared with the control group, the level of TG was lower in treated group. In jiangtangjing granules group, FBG , PBG HbA1 c were decreased significantly, but there is no difference in control group. [ Conclusion] Jiangtangjing granules can improve glucose and lipid metabolism in the elderly diabetes patients.
