金融生态环境质量评价与分析——以新疆为例

摘　　要：金融生态环境直接影响到一个国家或地区的经济金融发展水平,良好的金融生态环境对区域经济的发展具有重要意义。文章综合经济、法律、制度等各个方面,构建了新疆金融生态环境评价的指标体系。实证分析表明,新疆金融生态环境有所改善,但在经济环境、法律环境、信用环境和社会中介环境等方面依然存在诸多问题。最后提出改善新疆金融生态环境应进一步发展经济、充分发挥金融机构主导作用等对策建议。The economic and financial development of a nation or a region can be directly affected by its financial eco-environment;good financial eco-environment has an important and practical significance on the regional economic development.There are varying degrees of defects in financial eco-environment of Xinjiang in the aspects of economic environment,legal environment,credit environment and social intermediary environment.In this paper,an indicator system of evaluation on the financial ecological environment is built from the comprehension of economic,legal,institutional and other aspects of economy,and through empirical analysis it is found that the financial eco-environment in Xinjiang has improved,however there still exist problems.Finally,we give some countermeasures and proposals on improving the financial eco-environment in Xinjiang such as to further develop the economy,and to bring the leading role of financial institutions into full play.
