我国出口型农产品的生产效率研究

摘　　要：生产技术效率是影响我国农产品出口创汇的重要因素之一。文章从技术效率的角度出发,以福建、江苏、湖北、河南、山东、吉林6省的农户为研究对象,运用随机前沿分析对我国出口型农产品的生产技术效率进行测度,并对影响农产品技术效率的因素进行计量分析。结果表明:我国出口型农产品的生产普遍存在技术效率损失,生产资料投入过量,劳动力投入稍显不足;此外,农户是否接受过技术指导、户主是否担任过村干部、农户是否与企业签订购销协议对出口型农产品的技术效率均有显著的正向影响。因此,要从加强农户培训、增强农企合作、调整生产投入结构等方面着手,提高出口型农产品的技术效率。Technical efficiency of export-oriented primary products influences international trade of agricultural products in China.In this paper,basing on the view of technology efficiency,taking fungi farmers of Fujian,Jiangsu,Hubei,Henan,Shandong and Jilin province for example,we use stochastic frontier analysis to estimate the productivity efficiency and influencing factors.The result shows that technology efficiency loss of export-oriented primary products is severe.In producing processing,investment of means of production is excessive and input of labor is insufficient.Moreover,technical training,holding the post of cadre and signing an agreement with enterprise have significantly positive effect to technology efficiency.Therefore,we should strengthen farmers training,enhance cooperation between peasants and enterprise,regulate input structure etc,to improve the technical efficiency of export-oriented agricultural products.
