摘　　要：可持续发展以需求、公平、和谐为价值目标,旨在促进人类之间以及人类与自然之间的和谐。国际旅游岛建设是海南实现可持续发展的现实载体,将在产业基础、生态环境、科技创新、体制机制创新和基本生活保障等方面,为海南经济社会的可持续发展创造有利条件。The aim of sustainable development pursuing need,justice and harmony is to form harmonious relationship between person and person,between human and nature.The constructing of Hainan International Tourist Islands,which will create favorable conditions in the aspects of estate basis,ecological environment,science and technology innovation,system and mechanism innovation,and the basic substance of life,is the practical carriers for Hainan to accomplish sustainable development.
