摘 要:建立血液中常见中毒药物的快速、高效LC-MS/MS筛查方法.采用沉淀蛋白的前处理方法,通过相关信息扫描模式,运用多反应监测作筛查,再依赖3个不同能量的增强型二级碎片离子扫描,最终在数据库中筛选中毒药物.结果表明:优化LC-MS/MS快速筛查方法,节省了检测时间,已成功地进行毒物检测分析,为临床抢救赢得了时间、提供了有力的依据.本方法可用于中毒患者的毒物药物定性分析.The aim of this work was to establish qualitative screen for common drug poisons in blood by LC-MS/MS.Samples were treated by acetonitrile precipitation to remove protein.The scan was carried out with multiple reaction monitoring and enhanced product ion scan in a information-dependent acquisition mode.Drug was identified by library search with a newly developed MS/MS library based on EPI at three different collision energies in positive mode.The method has been successfully used in drug poison detection by LC-MS/MS,which saved time and provided evidence for the clinic.The method was simple,rapid and precise for qualitative analysis of common drug poison.
