摘　　要：目的:探讨英夫利昔单抗治疗治疗强直性脊柱炎临床效果。方法:80例强直性脊柱炎,英夫利昔单抗首次5mg/kg,静脉输注浓度,首次给药后的第2周和第6周及以后每隔6周各给予相同的剂量治疗。结果:80例患者中临床治愈20例,显效22例,有效28例,无效10例,总有效率87.5%(70/80);2例出现输液反应,对症治疗后缓解。结论:本组结果显示英夫利昔单抗治疗强直性脊柱炎患者有效率高;显不良反应少,安全性较高。Objective：Infliximab treatment of ankylosing spondylitis clinical results.Methods：80 cases of ankylosing spondylitis,infliximab for the first time 5 mg/kg,intravenous infusion of concentration,for the first time the first 2 weeks after administration and every 6 weeks and 6 weeks later the same dose given.Results：Clinical cure in 80 cases,20 cases showed that 22 cases and 28 cases,10 cases were ineffective,87.5% （70/80）;two cases of transfusion reactions occur,symptomatic relief after treatment.Conclusions：This group showed that infliximab treatment of ankylosing spondylitis effective rate;significantly fewer adverse reactions,better safety.
