医源性胆管损伤的诊断与治疗(附28例分析)

摘　　要：目的:探讨医源性胆管损伤的原因、处理方法及预防措施。方法:回顾分析近15年我院28例医源性胆管损伤的诊治体会、经验教训。结果:本组28例皆痊愈出院,无手术死亡。结论:医源性胆管损伤关键在预防,提高对胆管损伤高危因素的认识,仔细辨认并解剖Calot三角,胆管损伤应按不同情况和时间不失时机的选择合理的手术方法治疗。Objective：To explore the reasons for iatrogenic bile duct injury,treatment and preventive measures.Methods：Retrospective analysis of the past 15 years in our hospital 28 cases of diagnosis and treatment of iatrogenic bile duct injury,the lessons learned.Results：In this group 27 cases were discharged with no operative death.Conclusions：The key in the prevention of iatrogenic bile duct injury,To increase awareness of risk factors for bile duct injury,A careful identification and dissection Calor triangle,Bile duct injury should be different circumstances and timing of surgical treatment in different ways.
