TDI型聚氨酯半预聚体增韧酚醛发泡材料的研究

摘　　要：用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)型聚氨酯半预聚体对酚醛常温发泡材料进行改性研究,探讨了半预聚体的组成、用量对材料增韧效果的影响。结果表明,当TDI型聚氨酯半预聚体nNCO/nOH为4∶1、配方中聚氨酯半预聚体用量为5份,所制得材料回弹率达到35%,10%压缩强度达到0.26 MPa,能有效改进酚醛泡沬增韧性能。Phenolic foam was modified by TDI-based polyurethane quasi-prepolymer. Effects of different types and amount of the quasi-prepolymer on the phenolic foam were discussed. The result showed that the product rebound rate was 35%, 10% compressive strength was 0. 26 MPa and the toughness of the phenolic foam was reinforced when nNco/non of TDI-based polyurethane quasi-prepolymer was 4 ： 1 and content was 5 portion.
